Indigenous wool is coarser in nature and might feel a bit rough against the skin on being worn for the first time. Indigenous wool is also subjected to initial shedding.
Kindly note that both the coarse nature and the shedding will minimise after a period of regular usage. These signs are completely normal and a mark of the authenticity the product and processes.
Certain variations in the colour and texture of the wool fabric are due to the hand processes and are not defects.Natural wool is biodegradable and at the end of its life cycle.
However if thrown in soil, it turns into a nitrogen rich manure for your plants.Our endeavour is to minimise the waste.
The box is made from recycled paper and also it is intentionally kept uncoloured for ease of recycling.

Desi wool
Which is in fact considered carbon negative. Desi Wool is sourced directly from weavers who in turn source from pastoralists community. Pastoralists take their free range sheep on vast grass lands across different part of the region. This helps maintain the diversity of the region and also help trap the carbon into the soil.The choice of sole, PU is the only carbon contributing material in the shoe. However PU being very durable and robust alternative to other midsoles, it increases the life of the shoe hence adds to the sustainability quotient of the shoe.

Returns: You will have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a refund. We need the item(s) to be in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for all countries within 7 days from the point of delivery.
Customers will have to pay for shipping from their end and Earthen tunes would pay for sending the exchanged pair.
